  • Preferred pricing on Support services (Training & Application support)

Maximize Gold

  • Certifed TechMAX experts provide 24×7 product support by email and phone.
  • De Facto upgradations for all Service Packs and Product releases.
  • Bi Annual visit of certified TechMAX Experts to your site. *
  • 1 day Onsite training for technician / operators, up to 8 operators each, bi annually *
  • 8 hours of application support
  • Year round access to all webinars, white papers and operational excellence research conducted by the TechMAX team.
  • Preferred pricing on Support services (Training & Application support)

Maximize Platinum

  • Certified TechMAX experts provide 24×7 product support by email and phone.
  • De Facto upgradations for all Service Packs and Product releases.
  • Upgradation of server hardware along with software upgrade.
  • Quarterly visit of certified TechMAX Experts to your site.
  • 3 days Onsite training for technician / operators, up to 8 operators each, bi annually *
  • 3 days advance level training at our training facilities, up to 3 people, every year on engineering and development in IntelliMAX.*
  • 12 hours of application support
  • Year round access to all webinars, white papers and operational excellence research conducted by the TechMAX team.
  • Preferred pricing on Support services (Training & Application support )
