INTECH Automation Intelligence is seeking a Planning Engineer to join our Project Monitoring and Control team. This role is pivotal in overseeing and ensuring the successful execution of complex projects within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Utilities, and Manufacturing industries. What You’ll Lead and Deliver
- Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
- Monitor project progress, identify critical paths, and highlight risks or delays to ensure timely completion.
- Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports and dashboards for management review.
- Support project teams in planning activities, resource loading, and progress measurement.
- Integrate schedule and cost data for earned value analysis and forecasting.
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commercial teams to align schedules and priorities.
- Maintain and update project data on SharePoint and other collaboration platforms.
- Develop Power BI dashboards and Excel-based reports to visualize project performance.
- Support planning process improvements and contribute to project controls best practices.
Requirements
To Be Successful in This Role, You Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field).
- 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in project planning and scheduling.
- Proficiency in the following tools: Primavera P6,Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel (Advanced).Power BI
- Strong understanding of project planning techniques, critical path method (CPM), and earned value management (EVM).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- A team player with strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
